Susan Hill holds a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.), in addition to her J.D. degree, which allows her to assist clients with complex estate and business matters, such as IRA trusts and business succession planning. Susan focuses her practice on tax and estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and healthcare planning, as well as estate administration and probate matters. She also assists with entity formation and general advising of business entities and succession planning.
Susan was born in Rochester, New York. She previously worked for Hutchens Law Firm LLP, Block, Crouch, Keeter, Behm & Sayed, LLP and owned a solo practice in Berlin, Maryland. Formerly, Susan owned the real estate brokerage Main Street Real Estate Company, LLC in Berlin, Maryland, was a Law Clerk at Pepperdine University Center for Estate and Gift Planning, and taught English in the University of Maryland system. She is married and has two children.
